Please read before placing your order. Once you have ordered you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. (Last modified April 2024)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services
Our services include making sensory products, installing, or delivering them. Sensory Solutions will take photographs of works completed. These photographs may be used for Sensory Solutions marketing purposes. (You may request that we don’t use your photographs) Sensory Solutions will not take photographs of any persons. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Spare or substitute parts
We reserve the right to substitute suitable items to replace anything that may have broken after consultation with the client. We also reserve the right to substitute items tailored to an individual’s needs. Colours and items may vary due to availability.
4. Customer/User Conduct
The customer/user agrees not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. The customer/user also agrees not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
- Use our services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.
- The customer/user agrees not to change or modify our sensory products without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Sensory Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Sensory Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sensory Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the Consumer act guarantee 1993, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Payment information
Payment is due upon ordering. Please be aware late fees will apply. Large bulk orders may be requested on a payment plan. Payment can be made by Bank deposit via EFT.
10. Pricing
Unless specified otherwise, all prices listed on Websites and Platforms, are in New Zealand dollars. Pricing can be found on the Sensory Solutions website.
11. Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe to be placed for fraudulent commercial purposes, (including where we believe there may have been credit card or a payment related fraud) We may also cancel orders where there has been an error in the listing of the good (e.g. an incorrect price, image, or description of a good) and/or a stock complication arises.
If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full, to the purchasing account. Prior to any such cancellation, we may contact you and discuss appropriate changes to your order. You may request to cancel your order (or part of your order) for any reason within 24 hours. Generally, after this time a cancellation fee will apply.
12. Timeframe
Our products are made to order. Once payment has been received work will commence. There is generally a 3-week lead time. Order quantity dependent. We do hold limited stock.
13. Maintenance
We provide a maintenance plan at an extra cost that can be discussed at time of purchase.
14. Warranty
2 – Year Limited warranty in accordance with the maintenance and no responsibility/disclaimer of liability sections of these terms and conditions.
The Product Warranty shall apply to Products supplied under this Agreement, and Supplier represents and warrants to Customer that the Products (i)will be new (when first delivered), (ii) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, (iii)will be manufactured and delivered in compliance with all applicable Laws.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimer
Third-Party Responsibility
Sensory Solutions has no control over the actions of any third party and accepts no liability.
No Responsibility/Disclaimer of Liability
Sensory Solutions are not responsible for damages done by fair normal wear and tear to the property. Sensory Solutions are not responsible for damages caused by any individuals, environmental or weather-related activity or issues. Specifically, but not limited to sun damage. Sensory Solutions are not responsible for the structural integrity of any desired mounting surface that our sensory walls may be mounted to. Sensory Solutions are not responsible for any theft, vandalism, or any malicious acts of destruction.
